i received and installed my cold plunge. 3 days later the cold plunge lost approximately half of its inflation. A week later I reinflated the tub and filled the tub about 25%. The tub immediately began leaking from the fill port. Not the fittings themselves but from the tub where the fitting is afixed. The tub then began to deflate again after I relieved the tub of the water. I to this day couldn't tell you if the chiller even works because I couldnt get to the point of even using it. Also, the seller provided the wrong fittings for the chiller and the entier unit did not have installation instructions. This company is a SCAM
